Droplet is a Netherlands-based, full-service company that handles in-house production and fulfillment, specializing in custom apparel and branded merchandise.

Droplet faced challenges in managing customer interactions effectively. The absence of a centralized system for communication made it difficult for the sales team to keep track of leads, follow-ups, and ongoing deals. This resulted in missed opportunities and inefficiencies in the sales process.

The primary objectives of the project were:
